Being born in 1965 puts me somewhere past halfway into the maze of my life.
I fairly recently discovered that writing can be a form of therapy for me, as well as an escape.
As I learn more about this, I will share… Some.

I’ve also found I can send my thoughts to a better place by ‘chosing’ what I focus on.

I resonate completely with what you say regarding writing. I was a student of art and loved to be creative in that way when younger. I cannot participate in drawing now as my hands will not allow – but I can be creative in other ways and writing is what I love. I really do. Great to meet you.
Writing seems to be an outlet that shows up, when it’s needed.
